Afternoon.

Good start to XC league for me today. Was muddy in places and legs weren't really ready for it as not done anything strenuous for last 5 weeks after National road relays but general shape is ok. 147th and 4th counter for my club (some stronger runners missing. New 10k PB (38:04 according to Fetch) as my current one is weak 😂. Hope to get stronger as the season progresses.

You’re right about that wind CC. Even running I made a point of avoiding the head wind on the Busway.
