Congratulations I think TRO?
I am still in bed with thankfully not a heart attack as confirmed during a *restful* night in A&E on Monday. Still not sure what is going on but it’s perhaps something gastric. So am on nasty drugs that are giving me gastric symptoms but not really addressing the pain. Yet. I am being patient, oh yes, being in bed when I could be training I am *so* patient.

GWS Jude.
Last night was the night I discovered that my pump is incompatible with my current inner tubes.
I did not realise that the had screw out valves: and the thread goes the same way as the pump thread, so all that happens is that you screw on the pump, inflate, then unscrew and the valve comes with it.
Works fine with a friction based pump, one of which I had to borrow.
Do we know if this is a feature, or if I screw the valves in really tight sould it stop happening?
