I ran outside -yay I so missed the hills as it seems has my calf's and weird groin ache .Treadmill is not the same even at incline!

Thanks all - fortunately wasn’t feeling any niggles, just exhausted, but I think I probably could have picked up an injury if I carried on with the planned mileage. Going to just stick to the RtS minimum distance for the next couple of days.
Yay, that must have felt brilliant WP!

I actually was so nervous as it had been 15 days and wondered if I would love it as much but it was like I had not been away.Or even if I wanted to run which horrified me but all was well.....phew.I had been doing Body Project workouts on youtube OMG they make your body ache I am hoping to continue to do one a week they make you body ache I had no power for the hills.
Jenny:I never streak or set a training plan as my body will rebel straight away or RED it can really affect you when tired and need a rest day or lighter mileage.Glad you listened:-)
Vrap: I really hope you get outside today it is fan dabby dosey:-)
