I would start relatively high up the field or the first couple of hundred metres can be a little congested. There is generally a mix of abilities throughout the pack at the start there. As others have said, you shouldn't struggle to break that record. |

Thankyou. I checked results and not many go under 20 minutes although it varies. That’s what made me think the course was slow. If not many going under 20 I should be ok starting in the first few rows

I've been lurking for a long while and planning to turn up for the track mile but I can't warrant a just over 2 drive each way after working this evening. Have a great time Fetchfam, I'm jealous of all the stickers I won't collect. |
