And yes, am trying to walk and run a little three times a week at present, so today's run was 2, 2, 2 minutes with a minute walk in between, then 3.5 minute x two with 2 minutes walk in between. No reaction at the time, or since, and hopefully not tomorrow. Enjoyed your photo yesterday, @RFJ ! Well done to yesterday's racers! Hope that you get on the ferry, @ElspethF and @PeterFay!

Another good day walking around Fitful head, a swim on beautiful Quendale beach and yes we did get on the boat so just waiting to board. Slightly sad, no time to do a couple of other things but be good to get back on a calm day.

But we just can't score and they got an easy one from a corner because we couldn't defend either 🥴
