@emzap : if you can run that quickly on a slow course you must be in pb shape on a faster course, at least your highest age grading

Elspeth now left to start Devil of Highlands at 6. I will catch bus to Bridge of Orchy later (8:23) and run 7 miles back to Tyndrum. Stopped raining meantime. I will pick Elspeth up later today, hopefully from Fort William (cut off 6pm).
