I did my weights session. New program - which meant I didn't have a clue what I was doing :-) I survived it, though.

Morning 700ers, pulled a calf muscle! again!!!, yesterday at the local parkrun, so I guess another week off for me to add to the cold/sore throat break a week ago. Ever feel you’re taking two steps forward and one step back? ☹️

I have the house to myself and have sorted the spare room ready for a visitor over the next few days.

Am now planning out September North Trip and getting a tad excited - map, sticky doofit watsits, and calenders all over the place 😂
