Am going to bounce out of bed and do a speed run.

Then daughter is taking part in a singing master class and I’ll be watching that. Am hoping it all goes well.

House also needs some tidying…

Well done to all the speedy parkrunners yesterday, especially those who were first in their age groups. :)

I had planned to run but was just too tired, hopefully I'll feel up to a parkrun next week. Off out on the bike today.

Friend is a "she".

She persuaded me because she is coming from NYC and reasonably said it is not worth the trip to run a half. If she comes, we do it all.

I looked at past results and some finishers have been just under 7 hours. I think that is achievable. It's just a different way of "running" than a marathon when you are going for a time or a cheeky age group meddle and I have to get my head straight.

And my legs, obviously.
