Well done GH :-) Hope the tootsies don't give you much grief.

Caz, I miss playing football but I don't miss the injuries especially as I played centre-mid and was the focal point of corners and free-kicks. So many elbows to my head and clash of heads. No wonder I'm not right in the noggin.

A lovely 10K run with Sal done. Off to the studio for a meeting with the curator in a while, as my solo exhibition is in less than 3 weeks. Just an hour or so to go through planning. Eek.

20 miles in bad shoes sounds grim, GH! Glad you still have a smile (grimace).

Well done, CAZ and GWS to mini-CAZ. I do worry about head injuries from football.
