Yesterday's bike ride didn't go to plan with another puncture - sorted out quickly but didn't do the second half of my planned route. 15 miles done. Well done to all the racers/runners over the weekend.

I’ll just have to be more patient with my recovery I think. A day out as I’m off this week so a yummy brunch planned. Enjoy your days whatever they bring.
