Ever feel you’re taking two steps forward and one step back? ☹️ Sorry to hear that. Hope it heals quick. Lovely 5 miles done in the sunshine and then 2 hours over the coffee afterwards. Great morning. . I think I’ve also been persuaded to join a library and start reading 😂😂👍. Tad excited for MM’s trip in September

I'm always having to restart running, often about 3 times a year on average I'd say. The weather's been so gloomy and cold today I haven't managed to get myself and my bike out so I'll just have a little walk instead to clear my bugs.
Groundhog Feb 2023 3:24pm, 12 Feb 2023 5,321 posts	0 Groundhog Punchbowl "marathon" today. I took the wrong shoes and got very sore feet so decided to drop to the 20 mile from the 30. Last time I wore those Salomon Fellraisers they fit, now they are too small, and also last time they were used they were really wet so I took the insoles out to dry and forgot to put them back in. They were a bit hard. Anyway, it was a very nice 20 miler

Got home to find out DS has visited A&E this morning after clashing heads playing football. Stitches and broken cheek bone and mahoosive black eye. I do have pics not sure they are for Sunday viewing 🤔
