Interestingly my hip abductors started complaining about 4 miles in...anyone would think they've been reading this thread 😂 . They've settled down now, apparently. 86/100. parkrun tomorrow!

Staying in the same hotel as last year (which had pretty good WiFi) so should be able to do the round up list as normal. But I will just say a merry Christmas to all the 💯 crew now in case I don't have time to pop in tomorrow while travelling. Merry Christmas! 🎄🎅🥳🎄
