Shark the Herald Angel
Have done day 2. Made the mistake of tacking it on to the end of my heptathlon training session double, ie AFTER high jump, hurdles, shot put and gym including deadlift PB of 2 x 3reps at 55 kilos (more than I weigh). Only did 2 x 30 seconds fast with 15 seconds between sets, then wall sit. Was tired.
Might all be too much....

Forgot to do this before this mornings run, so done just now. Might be better to get into the habit of two separate sessions anyway, I keep intending to!
I used sliders for the mountain climbers, I find it easier to hold the plank form that way - if I try to step my goes skywards!
