I am going to have to adapt it as my broken shoulder and non existent knee joint won't be able to do this...! I think I shall do this in an upright position, on the side of the hill... But... I wont be able to do that today as I won't be free until after dark, oops... Does that mean I am out on day 2?
Got to 1 with Mountain climbers before it became apparent that I wasn't going any further, knees made more clicks and rattles than skeletons copulating. So high knee raises instead it is, upped the time to 1 min as compensation.
I now have a list of substitute exercises, might well be needed.
There is no out as such Hanneke, if you can't do MCs today, then you can catch up later on in the 12 days, as long as 12 wall sits are done and 22 MCs etc are done by day 12, I don't mind
He shows progressions, which is really useful. Not impressed with that woman's arm/shoulder position! From a yoga therapist's point of view, they are just a tad damaging! Wide arms? Hands should be shoulder width!
Day 2 done. My first set of mountain climbers was appalling, watching the vids really helped improve my form for the second set (thanks MrsJ and Hann)- but then ooh my poor abs!!!
