Blimey. That was tough! Definitely no photos.

The first time I tried I could only do twenty seconds :-0 Second time was 25 seconds. And then a third attempt, very slowly, I managed the full 45. I’ll take that as my 2x45 for today. Tomorrow will be better . . .

Is anyone going to explain what mountain climbers are?
Do I need to Google?
Or will climbing a steep side of a hill on hands and feet fit the bill?
I have never been in a gym...

Wall sit and first 45s of MCs whilst tea brewed. I made the mistake of drinking some tea before second set and could hear it sloshing around.
