Day 2 done, post run. Wall sit on the side of the car and mountain climbers in the car park! In all honesty, the mountain climbers are ok if you do them at a slower and even pace

If we’re going to get burgers I can’t decide if I can manage 3 a day for 10 days or one sitting of 12 on the last day. Will probably have to be those mini ones…

Yes Meglet, definitely. Also, I prefer to rest on a clenched fist rather than a flat hand as that suits my wrists better. Adapt as you see fit!

Raising your shoulders by using a step or stair to put your hands on also helps keep the technique. Oscar's right - speeding them up doesn't make them easier!

Slower is easier - but I prefer quick which is why I will do 30 - 10 rest -30 as part of my warm up this morning.
