My PT is great at giving me alternatives for exercises where I struggle due to arthritic toes and hands so just shout if you need any 👍

I do lots of circuits and even with my jumps group (very fit, athletic, 18-30 year olds) the norm is usually 30 seconds fast and perfect, 5-10 seconds recovery - so that's what this old lady will be doing when the exercises mount up.
Admittedly I'm all about speed and form rather than endurance - but hey 'adapt as you see fit'

I agree the 45 secs was really harsh, but I had done a load of other leg strength exercises before it.
