And I wouldn't win the next age category up in most local races. If I'm still getting my arse whupped at 80 I'll be chuffed to bits because having a healthy and active peer group is better than being an outlier.

Tbh, I only know one over 70 runner at the moment. Although tbf, he’s faster than me.
