I used mine this morning to carry a large towel and my trampoline shoes and my water and phone and keys. Love my race vest

I’m not busty though. I’m sure there was a thread on here but it’s probably been purged

In other news I'm on book three already. It's very long and I keep skipping, then going back as a penance. I've just bought this month's Vogue with Serena on the FC. Perhaps it will count as a book. I do love mags and comics, always have. I have very catholic tastes in reading matter. |

Hello everyone. Some good Octobering happening. Today the new bike got another outing. We were supposed to do a loop of Loch Affric (pics below) but the river crossing scuppered us. I’m beginning to realise I am better than I think I am - it’s kind of a goal. I think I’ll blog. Then I tried cold water swimming. It was bloody freezing and....invigorating. Pretty good location though huh? |

Sharks, a well packed race vest would be better for your back than carrying a big bag to track.... I have a 5L Slab and a 12L agile Salomon vests, they fit lovely despite being unisex. The UD one I bought v- cheap 2nd hand from Facebook is a women's design and somewhat uncomfortable |
