It was always a tall order given my lack of running over the last few months but this week's bug has wiped out any energy I might have had. Even walking 13 miles seems like too big an ask at the moment. This summer has been pants from a running perspective

Might be better in a couple of week’s time when it’s cooler again or when Sundays aren’t taken up with Saturday night sleepovers from grandkids
