I really must drag myself out for early runs more often, it was like having the world to myself at 6am today, smashing.

Short of doing in three or four laps, which doesn't really appeal, there's nowhere that doesn't include several steep hills. I think I'll leave it til next week when it's supposed to be cooler and we'll be back at home.
