Nice one HS.
I went out with the club last night, 4 tempo hilly loops. Was very warm! Back to the cold temps today though.

You've had lots, and too much rain Lesley so glad you were still able to get out and run: phew, tempo on hilly loops, a good session. And you're on the hilly stuff too hs!
No run today, it's still mild but proper autumn morning promised for tomorrow so it's likely to be a rain jacket outing .

Still about Steve but life stuff and away at the weekend with my mate which was nice, first time since he's been out of hospital. Hopefully normal service is resumed now but no hill session for me unless I find a bridge to cross. 🙄😂😂

Lots of good stuff still going on team. Well done.
I had a work trip in London yesterday and had a lovely morning run through the city to Tower Bridge which was beautiful among the Thames path.
I did find it amusing that despite living in the countryside I spot a wild fox in the city and never see them here!
I ended off running back to King’s Cross as we finished later than planned! But I’ve claimed it as a run

We get quite a few foxes running wild around here, GG (I'm a couple of miles East of Tower Bridge). Got stared down by this one in the car park the other day...

I do love foxes. I had the joy to see 2 playing in the woods during lockdown but only time I’ve seen them in the woods. Have seen them once or twice when I used to walk to my brothers after we’d been for dinner but now they’ve moved we don’t walk that way at night now.
