Thanks FF! There are more U Turns round bollards on course D than the on the others, which adds seconds each time.

Everyone seems to be doing very well. My efforts which have been Wed to Saturday, which by my standards is a steak. 3.1, 4 and 3.1 all treadmill. Parkrun and some more today (7.4). With family in Ipswich so run to parkrun, run the run and run home. Got my eye on 1100. Ytd: 990.9 |

Sorry for the duplicates. Still trying to work out how to edit a post. As this is the only place I record my mileage, to be clear - end of November 990.9 |

Donnie 1, I don't believe that you can edit a post after after it has been submitted. This has been mentioned before, but I don't think that Mr fetch has any intention of changing anything.

@Donnie1 posts are not editable and there is no intention to change this. If I get 101 this month I'll make 750 miles for the year - better than expected. |

Well done again on your park run hs. A hilly course and obviously in keeping with your hillstrider moniker! Good to see you've crossed the line, and some Wabe . Steady stuff Donnie 1 and I think it takes some doing running to and from a park run. Wouldn't have thought 750 was possible early in the year Peter. You've "dug in" well. Two miles in the dark and in torrential rain early this morning. Don't ask me why!!! Was reading about Matt Fitzgerald this morning, co founder of "80/20 Endurance". It gave me a lift of sorts to read that he took can no longer run because of long COVID. Ugh..his symptoms are much like mine, every step in running now a struggle. |

Having read that @steve45 I'm very sure that you are happy to be out running/ run/walking at all. Keep up with your stubbornness and enjoyment of getting outdoors.
