We all suffer from that a bit Steve. 🀣
I did my second parkrun this morning a tad faster than Saturdays mainly because I got overtaken by a turkey and stayed with him until I was able to overtake him again. πŸ˜†πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Good running everyone. Well done LL getting past the turkey. A turkey trot seems to be a common thing on Thanksgiving.

All parkruns are on Saturday's, junior events are on Sunday's. Hopefully you can go one day MrHSc.

It was minus 5/6 this morning when I went out. Really felt the cold in my muscles towards the end. A beautiful clear morning though. Frost hasn't lifted today, still around 0 when I did school pickup.

Much milder this morning at 8c but didn't improve my running! Only did 2.2 miles , got a bit lazy now I'm not chasing a target.
Second park run LL? Mid week? I'm guessing it was you doing it solo except for the turkey!
Many years ago I was chased by a Canada Goose that seemed to take a dislike to me; I was doing about 10 minute miling on a trail and it kept pace behind me for 20 metres!

Well done LL, two parkruns in a day!

Well done Lesley running in sub zero temperatures.

Well done Steve for this mornings 2.2 miles.

In the days when I was a 6 minute miler, I was overtaken by 'a fairy' during the Great South Run!

The Farmers Walk this morning, then drive into the village to pick up my prescription.
