😂of course slowing up is inevitable Peter but the way things are going you'll have extra zip than where you are now...in due course! I curse COVID which, added to old age has created quite a challenge for me! |

Well done Steve for this mornings 3.1 miles in the sunshine 🌞 Well done Peter for this mornings 3.2 miles, bringing you up to an amazing 142 for the month 👏 Well done LL for this mornings 4 miles and two blue ticks. The usual Friday Farmers Walk this morning. This months running total is the lowest since I started recording mileage on fetch. I'm not worried though, as I no longer need high mileage, as I don't race further than 10k these days. My aim nowadays is to continue running into my eighties, if I'm spared🙏 |

Been chatting on the mundane thread but no glasses was hard work. I’m dressed and ready to go. My legs don’t quite feel like mine but seems to have fine to plan. Thanks again for the messages.

Good running folks, keep it going. Having a spinal is a weird feeling GG, after my section my legs felt totally weird, I just didn't want to move. Enjoy some rest, you deserve it. I was out Tuesday and Thursday just my usual. Been pretty cold again this week, temps sitting around 0. Planning on a longer one tomorrow, will see how I feel. Enjoy your weekend folks. |

It really is I felt like I wanted to move my legs but they wouldn’t. Couldn’t feel any discomfort it I could feel things touching my legs.

So pleased that the bunion has gone gg. Hope the recouperation goes well which I'm sure will.. enjoy the brief holiday from running! 5k this morning on mixed terrain but the usual lousy performance 😂 Noticed when I got home that the uppers on my shoes are coming away from the sole. Not bad wear really, 1100 miles and about my average for shoes. |

Congrats (?) on the bunion removal! I did parkrun this morning to keep me on the right side of the line. Lovely to see friends and have a coffee afterwards. |
