@EdGreig thanks. I still haven't sorted it, despite using the help button, so if it is still not available, I will visit the local IT Shop to sort it out. They are very helpful.

4.8 miles today including 3.2 in company at 11:38 pace.
@Mrsbridgewater on my back again too ;)

I disapprove of washing bowls.

A kitchen sink is well engineered to perform that function; why impair it?

@PeterFay a sink uses a lot more water than a bowl for washing up.

That is the one argument in its favour but then one could have a smaller sink or half fill it ...

Thanks EdG and good miles going into work. There's a lot of year left to get to the line!
Well run again Peter, you seem none the worse following all that time off though not quite as zippy as you were. Yet! I reckon you'll soon be as you were.
We wouldn't do without a washing up bowl, we're very careful with how much water we use, especially hot water. The stainless steel sink draws the heat from the water quicker than the bowl does. ....quite apart from the quantity of water needed. The old ceramic sinks were another matter, and aesthetically very pleasing; sadly not many about nowadays.
3.1 miles wasn't as good as yesterday but at least the sun ☀️ was shining.

Bright calm but frosty morning here.
3.2 miles clocked at an easy pace taking me to 142 total for 2025.
Looking back at my statistics, I was already slowing up before my "time off" due to back, @steve45 . Not getting any younger.

4 this morning meant I ended the month with two green ticks.

All the best GG.

Fetch tells me it was my 34th best of 53 times over this route it’s one stat I’m not too fond of.

Here’s to everyone having a great February.
