Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good park run again hs.
You're really having a time of it Mrsb, the school clearly don't appreciate the expectations of being a citizen .
Hope that Paula Radcliffe does herself proud in the Tokyo Marathon early tomorrow, long time after her retirement and now 51 years old. Only doing it without a focus on time. She's also doing Boston I believe .

@steve45 is it being televised?
@Mrsbridgewater I’m sure that could be considered bullying in the work place.

@Dubairunner just a training run, but I’ve signed up for a half (trail) race through the Otways (National Park Rain forest in June.

@steve45 The Sydney Marathon is in August. How did Paula go? I’ll be in Tokyo this time next week.

@PeterFay I love the irony of the name of the bay with a shipwreck in it. Can you snorkel/dive over it?

@Mrsbridgewater I wouldn’t be inclined to lie to the Court. Bad idea from your boss.

5.81km run this morning. Spitting rain sideways but it was nice to be out there watching the waves crash into the beach.

@JackFW The wreck is quite a popular snorkelling spot although best avoided in June/July when Arctic Terns nest there.

2.57.22 for Paula Radcliffe! Fabulous for a 51 year old! She's really aiming for Boston on April!

Well on course JackFW.
Interesting ship wreck Peter and indeed terns can really have a go at a bobbing head!
Sorry didn't reply sooner re Paula Radcliffe LL and Jack, only checked it out this morning.
Still early morning chilly at 1c but glorious sunshine makes for a great start to the day. Four miles along trails was pleasant!
