A Jamaican friend of mine's mother used to make Christmas cake so well laced my friend said you needed an age of majority card to consume it... (proof of age to drink in Ontario - 19).

She’s a bit of an expert, her cakes are always delicious and I’m now looking forward to a slice for supper on Christmas Day.
