Roglic doesn't look to have any visible taping so shoulder seems to have taken the brunt of the crash which may be a good outcome. Obviously the dislocated shoulder was pretty significant and was why he lost time yesterday as couldn't continue till it was sorted (sorted it himself but needed to sit on a spectator's chair). Presume there's still the healing aspect which will affect recovery. |

I enjoyed my first stage ‘live’ at TdF. Great atmosphere here, watching the caravan come through, followed by the riders. There was a big screen up in the square so I was keeping an eye on that, and we are watching the race now. Got some goodies including a sticker for the van, which will be going on when we get back to the site. |

From the Grand Depart in 2014 and TdY, its a good experience to watch it roadside. the speed they went up both Cray and jawbone in 2014 was eye opening! Although I think even the pros found jawbone a challenge. |

Fozzy, I’ve seen them a couple of times at Tour of Britain on Dartmoor, going up a climb with ease (Haytor) that local riders may struggle on. But I have to say that the whole spectacle of this was something else. Really enjoyed it.

Roglic not up there from what I can. Suppose not surprising after yesterday. Pogacar attacks. |

Pogacar wins. That jump was another level Vs the others Roglic launched it and was decent given yesterday. |

For a man who popped his shoulder in the day before, against a spectator's chair, it was exceptional. Interesting to see Gaudu and Quintana so high up there, although I can't see anyone capable of mixing it with Pog at the mountains, at least there might be some challenges from other teams to think about, as both of them are good in the high mountains.

We will see where everyone is tomorrow and won't be surprised if Roglic is a bit off but will be delighted if he can match Pogacar. I'd expect Pogacar to gain on everyone tomorrow unfortunately. Gaudu is interesting but don't hold much hope of Quintana turning back the clock. |
