It’s ridiculously easy, 1 cup of oats (not jumbo oats) 2 cups water, blend for 30-40 seconds, strain through nut bag or muslin squeezing the oat pulp, dilute with more water if you wish, store in fridge for up to 5 days, it may separate in hot drinks but as I only drink black coffee that’s not a problem for me.
