Ooh that looks nice! I've got some coconut flour and ground almonds I'll need to use at some point (substitutions from back in the day). However, I've just added Jammie Dodgers and raspberry jam to my online order to decorate cupcakes
Just made banana bread today to use up a little pile of black bananas.

I love the idea of pear & ginger almond cake, and the rhubarb one! My weekend baking didn't get beyond bread. It was another cracker; tried posting pics but for some reason it rotated the picture.
Then baking was put on hold because I got sidetracked by making face masks for friends, one of whom presented me with the most delicious brownie in return. When I asked for the recipe she told me it was a Paul Hollywood packet mix! So...any recommendations for fudgy brownie recipes? (I looked for PH's actual recipe but can't find it online.)

No baking here today..but have been eating our way through yesterday's fruit tea loaf and bread
Have also made some lime and chilli ice-cream which is gorgeous!

That sounds delicious, panad. I've made rum and raisin ice cream. It's not quite frozen hard enough but it was good enough to have some after tea
