However, I've just added Jammie Dodgers and raspberry jam to my online order to decorate cupcakes Just made banana bread today to use up a little pile of black bananas.

It was another cracker; tried posting pics but for some reason it rotated the picture. Then baking was put on hold because I got sidetracked by making face masks for friends, one of whom presented me with the most delicious brownie in return. When I asked for the recipe she told me it was a Paul Hollywood packet mix! So...any recommendations for fudgy brownie recipes? (I looked for PH's actual recipe but can't find it online.)
