This is my completed Toft advent. Hansel and Gretel, plus a bird. I didn’t know this part of the story but after escaping the witch they crossed the river on a duck.
The details are fab, hat and cape with embroidery, a bag and a basket, lots of beads on the bird, and even wire so they can be posed.
Will definitely do another Toft advent (they sell out quickly in the summer) and planning on getting the wedding dolls to make for my cake.

Earlier this month my grandson asked me to knit him a squirrel. It's wasn't easy and it's not pretty but it is done - hope he likes it 😂😂
