I finished knitting my first hat. It took longer than I expected because sone days my hands were shaking too much to knit and then on good days I could only manage a max of 2 rows before I started making mistakes. This one is going to be a 50th birthday gift to a friend who does open water swimming all year round. I think I need to make one for myself next.
loved the hat so my son now has two

Wow, fast work DocM
I have started my second but have also increased my hours at work so haven’t had the energy to do much knitting.

Looks great doc,

I knitted a woolly wormhead hat and finished it ages ago but haven’t blocked it for pictures yet!

I seem to have lost a bit of mojo at the moment, I did attempt to start a lacy scarf thing I’ve always loved called echo beach but the instructions kept leaving me bewildered, then I’d frog it, take another look the day after and it would make sense!
I’ve ordered wool to knit mr jelly an Aran sweater! If I start now it may be done by winter!

I’ve just finished the Anker sweater Boyfriend version by Petiteknits

Very pleased with it… but for some reason my husband is being awkward about trying it on for me today
