I started V'rap's cable beanie and made a mistake on the 1st cable row (I missed a stitch somewhere). I carefully unpicked my way along that row until I found what I thought was the error then continued to knit that row back again and the next row then realised I'd not sorted the issue, so frogged it. I couldn't re-pick up the stitches so it is once again a ball of yarn.

I have managed to finish my second sleeve and an beavering away on the body at the moment but it’s slow going! I was asked to dye 10 balls of Aran for a friend in the next town for a large crochet project! I was given free range to choose the colours, as she wants a surprise a little bit like a yarn club I suppose! I hope she likes it!

Possible tour of the Strictly costume workshops?

The regular "Behind the Seams" tour starts with champagne, lasts about 2 hours and includes lots of crystals and swishy dresses.
