It's going to be a jumper in approximately my size. Different textured diamond pattern from the armholes up, dropped shoulders, probably a round neck. It's been a long time since I knitted a jumper in pieces from the bottom up.

Thanks 😁 I'm just aiming for "wearable". I got the yarn to make something for Tink because it's her favourite colour, but then she went hard-nosed vegan and it's quite a good colour for me too.

I've enjoyed this quick knit - thanks for the pattern Beanie Boat Nici :) I had no sooner cast off than Mr GM asked who it was for. He is now the proud owner of my first ever knitted cowl

That's lovely, GM :)

The stitch pattern on that cowl could be fantastic for taming some of those multicoloured yarns that look beautiful in the skein and look like a puddle of sick when they're knitted up.

The regular "Behind the Seams" tour starts with champagne, lasts about 2 hours and includes lots of crystals and swishy dresses.
