Did the Railway Children Walk from Haworth with a group from our club at ‘social pace’ with me leading the way. We didn’t get lost, and it didn’t rain :-O

Longest run of marathon training so far. P+D plan had 15 I had decided on 17 in my plan.
Mixture of on and off road but ran in road shoes so bit slippery on some of off road sections. Picked pace up a little over last 4 miles (last full mile had some hills but effort was same a previous 3 faster miles)
Nice run finished feeling could have gone further.
Strength and yoga in the evening.

Steve NordRunner
I managed to get out between showers for a trail-run in a small moraine ravine. It left me with a fair climb home though.
