Sounds nice again swittle
Four layers on top and gloves on for the 1st time in ages, so I got quite toasty :)

I will always take your word over a Garmin that's green about its gills, riggys99

Actually looking forward to few proper trail runs this weekend, despite the cold and harsh weather :)
But today, session one, easy 10k indoors.

Jaks

An icy 5 miler. First time wearing gloves this year. Also put buff on as a headband to cover my ears as they were freezing. I love running trails when it’s nice and crisp.

I didn't feel very energetic today. My tactic of a wait until it warmed up to -5 worked, but the catch was that it started snowing again. I managed 50 mins or so down to a local lake, then back home up a steep unrunnable hill. I found my SO's distinctive Speedcross footprints there, and she was home before me, making a sandwich as I finished πŸ‘πŸ»

About 3 miles but garmin didn’t transfer run again. Bit nippy out but soon warmed up.
Have now re set up the watch from scratch and did transfer a pretend run so hopefully no more problems

Yoga and core work during the day (that did transfer before the run that didn’t)

Today was similar to yesterday, just a bit shorter and avoiding steep climbs. We had more snow overnight, so once again I waited until the plough had passed my front window :) It makes it easier to get to trails.
