I am looking forward to coming in to work on Monday (and Tuesday) without an office. It was so nice of you to email us all telling us to stay away from the new offices until Wednesday, to find somewhere else to work (where? And on what given that we've packed everything as told?) as it will be chaos and we'll just "get in the way". It doesn't in any way make us feel like children rather than the professionals that we are. And doesn't discount the fact that we can actually unpack and set up our computers - we're not completely useless! I'm not tempted to sit in the coffee shop with a book... [I will be a bag lady with 4 bags of stuff that I have to cart round the hospital looking for places to work... I do know the command came from high up but it could have been worded better]

I know a broken nose when I see one and that's a beauty. You didn't look like that yesterday, so who punched you?

(I can - and have - said it, but I'm not getting an answer).

I hid my disappointment well when the boss told me my co-worker will be back in next week (she's been off with flu or something)

Why don't you all just fuck off?

I can't wait until you two move out.

Here, have a fucking list of things that, at the moment, I don't want to do. Instead of asking me to do one of the things on the list at least twice a day you can just look at the fucking list and STOP FUCKING HASSLING NE ABOUT DOING THEM.

Dear body, being awake regularly from 3am to 5am has NOT been improved by adding in the feeling of needing to spew & poo.

Do you think you could see to it that instead I wake up in labour so that these two wriggly midgets can soon be on the outside keeping me awake, rather than on the inside? Pretty please.

Having a dream in which someone tells me the washing-up needs to be done is not a reason to wake up with a sense of urgency.

[WL I hope it's a labour thing and not a bug thing]

Knee physio yesterday has not aggravated my sprained MCL and it's not properly painful again today.
