Everyday there are staff (in uniform) smoking outside buildings and on site. No wonder patients think it's ok to smoke at the entrances to the hospital. I know you don't have money to get staff for that kind of job but it's maybe time you did. Perhaps actually fining people for it might actually cover the salary for someone to do it. [It is an offence to smoke on the hospital site but it doesn't stop them]. Thank you
