[Macca - I appreciate this - and without getting into a political minefield or saying my voting preference] - I feel as if there was little or no choice as I certainly wasn't going to be voting for Ed.... I can't quite remember but there was a film from the 80's or 90's which I think had Richard Pryor in it campaigning to vote for "none of the above" - this would have been my preference to voting for any of the lunatics

I am not thinking about walking out of my NHS job this afternoon and never coming back.

*even* voting for Ed has to be better than where we are now - no?

[Frankly both parties are just as bad. Peple have short memories of labour's years of meddling. I have no dog in this fight, but i do know that BMA is run by some of the most change averse, militant people around. They are also past masters at PR, so I take a lot of the guff about the 'poor junior Doctors' with a bag of salt. Sadly the NHS cannot and will not ever meet the expectations of its users as these simply expand. There will never be enough money, but if some people didn't abuse the system and others took more responsibility for their own state of health, there would be a lot more to go round for those that genuinely need it.]

Mr Removals Man - you are wrong, there is no way we will need all those packing boxes you delivered. [We actually need to get a few more]

Don't fucking patronise me. I have a different stance from you because I believe strongly that my approach is more beneficial NOT because I don't understand your approach. I do not have a 'fixed mindset' - you clearly don't understand what that actually means - but I do stand by my position whilst you have done a complete U turn....AGAIN!!!!

i got home from work on time to get stuck into my college essays - that thing where I got stuck behind a broken train for an hour and ended up in a taxi getting home 2 hours late was just a burst of schizophrenia....

There are mini-magnums in the freezer because last time I was shopping for them, I did not look at the offering carefully and decide that in all honesty, I don't really like most of the flavours.
