Yours for £325k: rightmove.co.uk There is a catch, though: it's a trailer home and you pay over £4k in "site fees". (Caught my eye because the stately home is Caversham Park, where I used to work) |

Seriously considering this one. Roof probably fallen in, if not joists eaten by termites. First floor beams also. It might have water. Sewerage not so sure. idealista.com |
