I'm still doing at least 1, but more often 2-3 of her videos a day.
Mainly doing yoga for lower pain pain, yoga for hips and her hip openers stretches. They are helping manage the issues I'm having with my back at the moment.
Can't thank the original thread enough for introducing me to Adriene.
Likewise I had my first trip to the osteopath where I could report things are good with the shoulder/back issue. That is in part down to identifying a couple of Adriene's videos that ease things off.
I’ve just started yoga again so I’ll check her out later. I’ve been through a number of online instructors as I never yet the chance to go to a full class. Rodney Yee is good and I have several of his DVDs and I’m currently using a free app called Down Doh.
