Haven't done it yet (apart from a cobra and other backward bends when I came in from the garden, to compensate for all the bending over the weeds) but there's still time.

Yes, there was time. 20 mins done, based on a booklet which a friend of mine (who teaches yoga - or did, until she retired) gave me when I asked for advice on retaining some flexibility into old age.

Fierce and Fearless Fleecy
6 minute hips, I should just do this every day, or teach myself which moves and do it myself. Then half of Creativity. But I wasn't feeling creative, more tired, so I gave that one up. I need a list of all the gentle ones under 20 mins.
