My glutes had the DOMS this week. My shoulders also feel abused from the down dogs and side planks (fully extended arms). My shoulders still need building up again for that.

About 10 - 15 mins done. And stuck in 3 planks at the end, one front, one either side. Just to make sure I still can.

Yesterday morning I did a pre-emptive neck and shoulder session before a day at my desk. It worked a treat.

Right so those in the know, save me searching, if you know of any routines that are more lower body yoga I'd appreciate a link. My shoulders aren't up to it yet.

Neck and shoulders cos it's all a bit stiff round there, and also 6 min hips cos that's also stiff. Now the bits in the middle are telling me they're stiff too! Post-bog yoga |
