Seems something has happened overnight, The casualties inflicted that the Russians are reporting/claiming are concerning, but it has become obvious to all but the thickest or most pro Putin types that Russia talks out of it's arse.

Nazis fighting on the Ukrainian side. Not a good look really is it. nytimes.com “What worries me, in the Ukrainian context, is that people in Ukraine who are in leadership positions, either they don’t or they’re not willing to acknowledge and understand how these symbols are viewed outside of Ukraine,” said Michael Colborne, a researcher at the investigative group Bellingcat who studies the international far right. “I think Ukrainians need to increasingly realize that these images undermine support for the country.” The concern here is the impact of the normalisation of far right symbols, ideology and now armed fascists in a post war civil society in Ukraine. |

Russia blame Ukraine for this. Both have motivation to trash it. My money would be on Russia to frustrate the counter offensive, force Ukraine to attack where they (Russia) feel better prepared and divert resources into evacuation etc. |

No debate on whether this explosion is a false flag operation done at the hand of NATO (after all the British have a legacy of dambusting?)
