My fault for trying to engage, I suppose. I thought I asked a reasonable question "In what way is Zelensky an egomaniac?" But I didn't get an answer.
I too would like all countries, or rather all peoples, to be at peace. But when one country comes in and starts killing your people, and overthrowing your democratic institutions by force, what are you supposed to do?
I wish there was no need for armies and weapons. But when the invader has weapons, how are you going to oppose them? Strong words and high principles?
So as a minimum, I think a country needs to be able to defend itself against invasion and takeover. In this case a small country (in terms of money and might) to defend itself against a much larger country invading, needs help.
I agree that the "business of war" - the companies that make the weapons and sell the weapons and who make money out of lending money and then getting contracts to rebuild etc. is all very distasteful. There should be some regulation over all of that, where there is no interest, you only get back what you put in plus an agreed figure for the passage of time and risk. (Which of course banks and institutions would say is exactly what the % rate of lending is!)
But the necessity to defend yourself in the face of an aggressor, that seems undeniable to me.
I personally am a pacifist and a massive personal coward. I am scared to get into fist fight, wouldn't want to hurt anyone with any kind of implements, and probably wouldn't be able to shoot a gun when it came to it. And I wouldn't want to. But I still see the necessity of defence, and I am very grateful to those who are prepared to do it.

You wont get an answer to a question with that one, just another tangent, frothy at the edges usually.

Don't feed the troll G. Total waste of your time but panders to the ego.
As rich says: kittens is the answer.

Apparently much GPS jamming going in in central Moscow after those drones hit the Kremlin. Quite a pain if you're out for a run with your Garmin.

Anything to make them expend resources away from the front line is while.

Bit of an irony if they're having to jam their own GPS constellation π

My Garmin also works with Glonass, dunno if that's being jammed as well. Would be ironic if it was.

I think most Garmin devices do nowadays Mutts. I have a small interest in Russian navigation systems, I will keep you informed.
