I think the Endorphins actually feel pretty normal. Far more so than the Adios Pro or the Next % anyway

The Alpha make the old 4% feel normal. I can't see me ever do anything beyond run and remove them quickly they are even horrible just to walk in.
Lovely for running mind you

Not tried the Adios Pro or Next%, but the Endorphin Pros are definitely designed to 'work' only when you're doing a certain kind of motion, namely running at speed.

I wore a pair of old pegasus to the start up line, swapped into my Alphas for the marathon and immediately put on a pair of oofos afterwards. I can't imagine walking around in my Alphas.

I found the 4% horrible to walk in at first, but after 200 miles either they're more tolerant of walking or I'm more tolerant of how they feel to walk in.

Now I'm all full of anticipation about my alphas. When they arrived I just put them on briefly indoors to make sure they fitted, and haven't run a step in them. Only 6 months to go
(I'll test them in a race or two over the winter of course)

Alphafly was a lovely shoe to run in for this years Marathon! However I wouldn’t use it for shorter distances! It doesn’t have the zip of the Vaporfly or even the 4%!
