Pix - that 2 miles a day was assuming that it wasn't. You must rest it - cos we don't want it to get worse!
Loving the list Girlie - thought my IPod was eclectic (although it does have everything from Kylie and Scissor Sisters to Iron Maiden and Metallica via Beethovem, Mozart and Miles Davis!!)
Nothing like a bit of variety:-)

'sok Treacle the pool is close and despite not paying for months the gym still thinks I am an active member as my card let me in! So lots of swimbling I may even use the gym too won't try a trot until next week mind

I know but a goal is worth less than being able to run I'm that far ahead that I could stay off for a couple of weeks without missing my 1000m target I'd rather keep running than have weeks off because of those 5m
but yes it is ONLY 5m!! and that was 1 lunchtime run before FLM!
