I follow the P& D 55m 18 week plan and 80/20 principles itβs great foundation. Mine is more 80/20 but I like the way the long runs are programmed in P+D especially the marathon pace runs |

A real confidence booster this morning on my tempo run. Did 13km with a 5km fast rep in there and PB-ed with a 20:09. It's been coming for a while and feeling ready to finally go sub 20 this year. Better late than never.
